ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 3942 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT 04-026 TO CONSTRUCT A DRIVE-THROUGH LANE IN
CONJUNCTION WITH AN EXISTING 2,983 SQUARE FOOT FAST-FOOD
RESTAURANT ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF PROSPECT AVENUE
AND FIRST STREET.

CONTINUED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 04-011 AND DESIGN REVIEW 04-
009 TO ALLOW A 2,490 SQUARE FOOT TEMPORARILY PERMITTED
MODULAR BUILDING TO REMAIN IN USE FOR TWO (2) YEARS AS A
CLASSROOM BUILDING AND TO CONSTRUCT A 5,950 SQUARE FOOT, ONE-
STORY, FREE STANDING OFFICE AND MEETING ROOM BUILDING FOR THE
CHURCH. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL
(P&I) ZONING DISTRICT.

SQUARE FOOT SUITE IN THE IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX PLANNED
COMMUNITY. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE PLANNED COMMUNITY
