HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 98-32I RESOLUTION NO. 98-32 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA APPROVING PLANS AND 3 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ANNUAL CITYWIDE 4 PAVEMENT MARKING AND STRIPING PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZ1NG ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 5 WEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California to 6 maintain existing pavement markings and implemem new pavement markings and striping as needed 7 at various locations in the City, and 8 WB'EREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the construction 9 of said works; 10 NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for 11 12 ANNUAL CTIYWIDE PAVEMENT MARKING AND STRIPING PROGRAM (PROJECT NO. 4020-6230) 13 BE IT FURTITER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to 14 advertise-as required by law for the receipt and sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work 15 specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications; 16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED'that this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the Califomia Environmental Quality Act; Class I: Existing Facilities. 17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin .18 held on the 20th day of April 1998. · ~~.
