Slide 9 IM1 Diane is a 77 year old female residing in the city of Tustin. She suffers from M.S., low blood pressure, severe osteoporosis and underweight. She has been with CSS since April 2006. She also receives help through IHSS for her daily chores. Ms. Allred is a delightful senior who continues to enjoy and look forward to weekly deliveries. Whenever she is physically able to, she enjoys visiting a local restaurant where she has developed friendships. Ms. Allred continues to express the positive benefit and need for her deliveries to continue. She has a daughter who stops by and calls occasionally. She received a friendly visitor in the past.
