CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2019-00004 APPLICANT: Jennifer Li BubblePop 2475 Park Avenue PROPERTY OWNER: Vestar/ Kimco Tustin L.P. 2437 Park Avenue Tustin, CA 92780 LOCATION: 2475 Park Avenue REQUEST: A request to establish a commercial recreation facility (indoor interactive, creative, performance and recreational bubble facility for children). ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15301, Class 1. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 19-001 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2019-00004 to authorize a commercial recreational facility providing an interactive creative, performance and recreational bubble facility for children. It was noted there were no members of the public in attendance for this item. The applicant, Jennifer Li, and Theresa Vong, co-owner, were present. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. Zoning Administrator Agenda May 2, 2019 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator opened the Public Comments Section of the Public Hearing at 10:01 a.m. The Zoning Administrator asked Ms. Li if she had the opportunity to review ZAA 19- 001, including the Conditions of Approval. Ms. Li reviewed the Conditions of Approval and she had no concerns. The Zoning Administrator closed the Public Comments Section at 10:02 a.m. The Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 19-001. The Public Hearing item was closed at 10:02 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
