BACKGROUND AND RECOMMENDATION
The applicant is proposing to construct 465 residential units within Planning Area 21.
Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing to
February 14, 2005. While staff has been working with the applicant to expedite
processing of the project, the continuation of the public hearing would allow the
applicant additional time to ensure that a complete development application is
presented to the Planning Commission.
