ROLL CALL: Commissioners Gallagher, Jha, Kozak, Mason, Thompson PUBLIC CONCERNS: At this time, any member of the public may address the Planning Commission on matters, which are not on this evening's agenda, provided the matter is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Planning Commission. PRESENTATIONS: 1. THE CALIFORNIA FAIR POLITICAL PRACTICES COMMISSION (FPPC) CONFLICT OF INTEREST UPDATE Presentation by: Michael S. Daudt, Attorney at Law, Woodruff, Spradlin & Smart 2. HISTORIC PRESERVATION The purpose of this workshop is to highlight the City's programs to protect and revitalize historic structures, sites, and features within Tustin and to provide the Commission with an update on the status of the City's historic preservation programs and the Commission's efforts to date. This workshop is also intended to satisfy the mandatory introductory training requirement for new Commissioners and the annual refresher course for more seasoned Commissioners as required by City Council Resolution 18-78. Presentation by: Scott Reekstin, Principal Planner/ Elaine Dove, Senior Planner ADJOURNMENT: The next Workshop of the Planning Commission will be scheduled when items are set for presentation. WRITTEN MATERIALS—Materials that are distributed to a majority of the Planning Commission less than 72 hours prior to the Regular Meeting, are available for public inspection at the following locations: in the Community Development Department during regular business hours and following business hours(after 5:30 p.m.)in the Council Chamber on the day of the meeting.
