HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 89-1491'~ 2 3 4~ 5 s 7' 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 89-149 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR WATER MAIN REPLACE- MENT ON EDINGER AVENUE, WINDSOR LANE, DEL REY DRIVE, CATALINA DRIVE AND LA BELLA DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 600058. City works WHEREAS, Coastline Construction, having a contract with the of Tustin to construct the hereinafter described public improvement; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has duly certified to the construction and completion of said public improvements herein- after mentioned in a manner satisfactory to the City Council of the city of Tustin; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the work of improvements has been completed partially by Coastline Construction and partially by others upon default by Coastline Construction, and the notice of completion and acceptance of said public work and improvement should be filed. City same more NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the of Tustin that said public work and improvement be, and the is hereby accepted. Said public work and improvement is particularly described as follows: Water Main Improvements on Edinger Avenue, Windsor Lane, Catalina Drive, Del Rey Drive and La Bella Drive, Project No. 600058 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of the City of Tustin be, and is hereby authorized, to execute and file a notice of completion and acceptance of said public work and improvement described herein as required by law. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin on the 2nd day of October, 1989. MAYOR ~~.
