RESOLUTION NO. 89-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF MAIN STREET
FROM PACIFIC STREET TO RTE. 55 (OCUTT PHASE III)
7 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California to contract reconstruction of
8 Main Street from Pacific Street to Rte. 55 (OCUTT Phase III); and
9 WHEREAS, the city Engineer has presented plans and
specifications for the construction of said work;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and
~1 specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby
approved as the plans and specifications for:
Reconstruction of Main Street from Pacific Street
to Rte. 55 (OCUTT Phase III)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise as required by law for the
receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work
specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project is
categorically exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act; Class I' Existing Facilities.
PASSED AND AOOPTED at a regular meeting of th~ City
Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 19th. day of
June , 1989.
