CONSENT CALENDAR: AGENDA REGULAR MEETING TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 14, 2005 7:00 p.m., City Council Chamber Commissioner Pontious Commissioners Floyd, Lee, Menard, Nielsen, Pontious (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda.) At this time members of the public may address the Commission regarding any items not on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission (NO action can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law). IF YOU WISH TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY MATTER, PLEASE FILL OUT ONE OF THE CARDS LOCATED ON THE SPEAKER'S TABLE SO THAT YOUR REMARKS ON THE TAPE RECORDING OF THE MEETING CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO YOU. WHEN YOU START TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION, PLEASE STATE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS FOR THE RECORD. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) WORKSHOP This report provides an overview of CEQA's framework, purpose, applicability, and fundamentals; the process; and, the associated documents. It also provides information regarding public review, filing procedures, and project approval. Presentation: Justina Willkom, Associate Planner 3. SUMMARY OF PROJECTS The summary focuses on the status of projects that the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator, or Community Development Director approved, major improvement projects, and other items of interest. Presentation: Chad Ortlieb, Associate Planner RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission receive and file these reports. STAFF CONCERNS: 4.
