HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 89-06810 11 12 12 14 15 lO 17 18 19 2O 21 22 24 25 20 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 89-68 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY TUSTIN, APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 13627 OF The City Council of the City of Tustln does hereby resolve: I · The City Council finds and determines as follows: A~ That Tentative Tract Map 13627 was submitted to the Planning Commission on behalf of The Irvine Company for the purpose of creating 27 numbered lots and numerous lettered lots on property legally described as a subdivision of a portion of Blocks 40, 41, 42 and 66 of Irvine's subdivision as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous maps in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. B · That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held considering said map on May 22, 1989 and the map was also reviewed' by the City Council at a regular meeting on June 5, 1989. Any acreage in Lots 16 and 22 exceeding the requirements of Ordinance 921 and the East Tustin Specific Plan for the final unit count in Tract 13627, 12673 and 12870 (including any residential units proposed for Lot 17) may be used as a parkland credit for other residential development that may be allowed in East Tustin (e.g. residential development of reserved school sites determined to be unneeded for school purposes subject to the process defined as applicable to all unused school sites in the East Tustin Specific Plan in Condition 6.1 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2603) in compliance with the park dedication requirements of Ordinance 921 and all requirements contained in the East Tustin Specific Plan.
