CALL TO ORDER ATTENDANCE PUBLIC INPUT - Members of the public may address the City Council on items on the Closed Session Agenda. CLOSED SESSION The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public present. The following items were received for the April 14, 2005 meeting of the City Council. (Agenda Item A). A. LABOR CONTRACT IMPASSE HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE TUSTIN POLICE SUPPORT SERVICE ASSOCIATION (TPSSA) AND TUSTIN POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (TPOA) Recommendation: Consider resolutions and take appropriate action. . RESOLUTION NO. 05-59 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, amending the Classification and Compensation Plan for the City of Tustin and implementing revised wages, fringe benefits and terms and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Tustin Police Support Services Association . RESOLUTION NO. 05-60 - A resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, amending the Classification and Compensation Plan for the City of Tustin and implementing revised wages, fringe benefits and terms and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Tustin Police Officers Association - Officers Unit RECONVENE TO CLOSED SESSION (For the purpose as listed on the Closed Session Agenda) PUBLIC INPUT - At this time, members of the public may address the City Council regarding items of interest to the public, except that no action shall be taken on any item not appearing on the Agenda. ADJOURNMENT - The next regular meeting of the City Council is scheduled for April 18,2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
