A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE TUSTIN RANCH ROAD/SANTA ANA (I-5) FREEWAY
INTERCHANGE AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the
7 City of Tustin, California to contract construction of
improvements for the Tustin Ranch Road/Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway
8 Interchange; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and
specifications for the construction of said work;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and
1~ specifications presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby
approved as the plans and specifications for-
Construction of the Tustin Ranch Road/Santa Ana (I-5)
Freeway Interchange Improvements
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorJ, zed and directed to advertise as required by law for the
~5 receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work
specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Federal Highway
~7 Administration has determined that this project will not have
any significant impact on the human environment based upon an
~8 environmental assessment which has been independently evaluated
by the Federal Highway Administration and determined to
~9 adequately and accurately discuss the environmental issues and
impacts of the project.

1988.
