CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2019-00014 APPLICANT: MICHELLE ZHANG/XUE ZHANG ZHAOMIN RESTAURANTS GROUP 13834 RED HILL AVENUE TUSTI N, CA 92780 PROPERTY OWNER: HOWARD ABEL 3146 RED HILL AVENUE, SUITE 150 COSTA MESA, CA 92626 LOCATION: 13834 RED HILL AVENUE REQUEST: To sell alcoholic beverages in conjunction with an existing restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 19-007 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2019-00014 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 1,500 square-foot restaurant establishment (Min Chef) located at 13834 Red Hill Avenue. It was noted there were no members of the public in attendance for this item. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. Zoning Action Minutes October 23, 2019 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator asked Ms. Zhang, the applicant, if she had the opportunity to review ZAA 19-007, including the Conditions of Approval. Ms. Zhang reviewed the Conditions of Approval and she had no comments or concerns. The Zoning Administrator closed the Public Comments Section at 10:04 a.m. The Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 19-007. The Public Meeting Item was closed at 10:04 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
