HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 88-065Jl 12 19 ~8 RESOLUTION NO. 88-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN' OPPOSING ANY FORM OF JOINT OR FULL COMMERCIAL USE OF MCAS EL TORO The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I · The City Council finds and determines as follows- A. MCAS E1 Toro is a vitally important and military air base; and Ge strategical ly-1 ocated Commercial flights at MCAS E1 Toro would be incompatible with the mission of the United States Marine Corps {USMC); and H · The USMA has consistently and strenuously opposed any form of commercial air service at MCAS E1 Toro° II.
