RESOLUTION NO. 88-63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, FINDING THAT THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT {EIR) FOR THE EAST TUSTIN SPECIFIC PLAN IS
ADEQUATE TO SERVE AS THE PROGRAM EIR FOR TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP 13096 AND ALL FEASIBLE MITIGATION MEASURES
HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED AS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows'

The City Council finds and determines as follows'
A
Tentative Tract Map 13096 and respective development plans are
considered "projects" pursuant to the terms of the California
Environmental Quality Act; and
B ·
The projects are covered by a previously certified 'final
environmental impact report for %he East Tustin Specific Plan
which serves as a Program EIR for the proposed projec%.

The 'East Tustin Specific Plan final Environmental Impac~ Repor%
previOusly cer%ified on March 17, 1986 was considered prior to
approval of these projects. The City Council hereby finds' this
project is within the scope of the East Tustin Specific Plan
previously approved wi%h all supplements and addendums; %h.e effec% of
this project was examined in ~he Program EIR; and all feasible
mitigation measures and alternatives developed in ~he Program EIR are
incorpora%ed in~o %his project. The Final. EIR is ~herefore
determined to be adequa%e to serve as a Program EIR for this projec~
and satisfies all requirements of CEQA.
Applicable mitigation measures iden%ified in the Final EIR have been
incorporated into this project which mitigates any potential
significant environmental effects therelof. The mitigation measures
are identified as Conditions on Exhibit A of Resolution No. 2497
·
approving Design Review 87-19 and Exhibit A of Resolution No. 2498
recommending approval of Tentative Tract Map 13096 as adopted by the
Planning Commission on May 23, 1988.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tustin at a regular meeting of the
regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1988.
