HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 88-05910 11 12 12 14 15 10 17 18 20 :21 2:2 2,5 :20 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 88-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 88-179 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SEVENTEENTH STREET, 370 FEET EAST OF ENDERLE CENTER WAY. The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: .. I. The City Council finds and determines as follows' A. That Tentative Parcel Map No. 88-179 was submitted ' to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by K. W. Lawler & Associates, Inc. on behalf of Colco Ltd. requesting auth.orization to resubdivide one parcel into two (2) parcels for Parcel 2 as recorded in Book 150, Pages 44 and 45 in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and' held by the Planning Commission for said map on May 23, 1988. C. This project is Categorically Exempt, Class 15 from the requirements of the Cali forni a Environmental Qual i ty Act for the subject project area. D. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan, Tustin Zoning Code and Subdivision Map Act. E. That the site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. F. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of deve 1 opmen t. G. That the design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife in their habitat. H. That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements proposed will not conflict wi th easements acquired by the public-at-large, for access through or use of the property within the proposed subdivision. I. That the design of the subdivision or the types of improvements proposed are not likely to cause serious public health problems. 10 11 13 ]G Resolution No. 88-59 Pa ge two II. The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 88-179 subject to the conditions contained in Exhibit A of Planning Commi ssi on Resol uti on No. 2500.
