HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 88-3910 11 12 13 14 15 IG 17 18 19 20 21 115 26 27 RESOLUTION NO. 88-39 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TUSTIN APPROVING FINAL VESTING MAP NO. 13094 CITY OF The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows' I · The City Council finds and determines as follows° A® That Final Vesting Map No. 13094 has been submitted by Bramalea California, Inc. to subdivide 20.47 acres into 103 numbered and four {4) lettered lots for single family development. B · That the Public Hearing was held by the Planning Commission on October 12, 1987. At this hearing the Planning Commission recommended approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13094 to the City Council. Subsequently, the City Council approved Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13094 on November 2, 1987o Ce That the Planning recommended to the Map No. 13094. Commission at its meeting of April 11, 1988 City Council the approval of Final Vesting De That the proposed subdivision is in conformance wlith the Tustin Area General Plan, adopted East Tustin Specific Plan, Development Agreement and Subdivision Map Act as it pertains to the development of single family dwellings. E · That the City has reviewed the status of the School Facilities Agreement between The Irvine Company and the Tustin Unified School District, the East Tustin Specific Plan, EIR 85-2, the impacts of Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13094 on School District facilities, and reviewed changes in State law, and finds and determines that the impacts on School District facilities by approval of this map are adequately addressed through the reservation of a high school site and elementary site in conjunctilon with Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13094, and imposition of school facilities fees as a condition of approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map 13094. That the design of the subdivision or the types of improvements' proposed are not likely to cause serious public health problems. K. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map. II. The City Council hereby approves Final Vesting Map No. 13094.
