The FEIS/EIR, along with its Addendums and Supplement, are a program EIR under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). •Addendums and Supplemental FEIS/EIR adopted and certified. The FEIS/EIR, Addendums and Supplement considered the potential environmental impacts associated with development on the former MCAS Tustin. •An Environmental Checklist (Initial Study) has been prepared and concluded that the proposed actions do not result in any new significant environmental impacts or a substantial increase in the severity of any previously identified significant impacts in the FEIS/EIR. Moreover, no new information of substantial importance has surfaced since certification of the FEIS/EIR. 1.That the City Council introduce and have the first reading by title only of Ordinance No. 1504 for DA 2019-00001 and set the second reading of the ordinance on December 17, 2019. 2.That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 19-54, approving Tentative Tract Map 19103 and Design Review 2019-00009.
