RESOLUTION NO. 87-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 13161
The City Council of the City of Tusttn does hereby resolve as follows-
I
The City Council finds and determines as follows-
A
That Tentative Tract Map NOo 13161 was submitted to the Planning
Commission by LDM Development, Inc. for consideration.
B
That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held for said
map.
C
That the Planning Commission forwarded to City Council a
recommendation to approve Tentative Tract Map 13161 by the
adoption of Resolution No. 2462
D.
.
That an Environmental Impact Report (EIR 85-2 for the East
Tustin Specific Plan) has been certified in conformance with the
requirements of California Environmental Quality Act for the
subject project area.
E.
That the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan, adopted East Tustin Specific Plan,
Development Agreement and Subdivision Map Act as it pertains to
the development of condominium units.

The 1.218 acre parkland required of this project was
dedicated with recordation of Tract 12763.

That the City has reviewed the status of the School Facilities
Agreement between The Irvine Company and the Tustin Unified
School District, the East Tustin Specific Plan, EIR 85-2, the
impacts of Tentative Tract Map 13161 on School District
facilities, and reviewed changes in State law, and finds and
determines that the impacts on School District facilities by
approval of this map are adequately addressed through the
reservation of a high school site and elementary site in
conjunction with Tentative Tract Map 12763, and imposition of
school facilities fees as a condition of approval of Tentative
Tract Map 13161.

That the design of the subdivision or the type of improvements
proposed will not conflict wi th easements acquired by the
public-at-large, for access through or use of the property
within the proposed subdisivion.
M.
That the design of the subdivision or the types of improvements
proposed are not likely to cause s~rious public health p. roblems.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map No. 13161
subject to the conditions contained in Exhibit A of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2462 incorporating herein by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council
meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1987.
