REQUEST: TO CONVERT AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A PRESCHOOL FOR UP TO 49 CHILDREN WITH FIVE (5) INSTRUCTORS AND TO PROVIDE A MONUMENT SIGN FOR THE USE. RECOMMENDATION That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing until the August 8, 2005, Planning Commission meeting. BACKGROUND On July 20, 2005, the applicant requested a continuance to allow staff additional time to review public comments received on the project and environmental documents.
