A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING THE APPLICATION OF THE MASTER PROPERTY TAX TRANSFER AGREEMENT TO THE PROPOSED SEVENTEENTH STREET/LAURINDA WAY ANNEXATION NO. 146 WHEREAS, a MASTER PROPERTY TAX TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY 0 OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF TUSTIN TO PROVIDE FOR PROPERTY' TAX EXCHANGE IN AREAS ANNEXED BY THE CITY has been executed by the Board of Supervisors of- ? Orange County and the City Council of the City of Tustin. Effective November 18, 1980, the agreenmnt provides for division~ of property' taxes 8 pursuant to Section gg (d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of Calt forni a; and 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of Tustin has proposed the "island" 10 annexation of the inhabited and developed area known as Seventeenth Street/Laurinda Way Annexation No. 146... 11 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of 19. Tustin that the MASTER PROPERTY TAX TRANSFER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF TUSTIN TO PROVIDE FOR PROPERTY TAX EXCHANGE IN 12 AREAS ANNEXED BY THE CITY providing for the allocation of property tax revenues, as approved by the Board of Supervisors and the City Council and 1~ ef. fective November 18, 1980, shall be applicable to the territory within the proposed Seventeenth Street/Laurinda Way Annexation No. 146 to the City 15 of Tustin for the annexation of 8.9 acres as substantially developed property. 17 · ' 18 19 adjourned PASSED AND ADOPTED at m/regular meeting of the Tustin City Council held on the 7th day of October , 1987. . :L-.-s.~ ~cy-z.~ 22 [~ ~ary E', wynn '" , ~1 ~ -City Clerk 27 " ."
