PROPERTY OWNER: PADMINI WEERKKODY 1792 SAN JUAN STREET TUSTIN, CA 92780 LOCATION: 1792 SAN JUAN STREET ZONING: SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL (R4) ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: A DRAFT NEGATIVE DECLARATION WAS PREPARED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 6 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) AND CONCLUDED THAT, AS CONDITIONED, NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS WOULD RESULT FROM THE PROJECT. REQUEST: TO CONVERT AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A PRESCHOOL FOR UP TO 49 CHILDREN WITH FIVE (5) INSTRUCTORS AND TO PROVIDE A MONUMENT SIGN FOR THE USE. RECOMMENDATION That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing until the August 22, 2005, Planning Commission meeting.
