APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 12, 2005, PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING.

2004-05 GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL REPORT
Section 65400 (b) of the Government Code requires that the City's planning
agency provide:
1. An annual report to the City Council on the status of the General Plan and
progress in its implementation;
2. Its progress in meeting its share of regional housing needs; and
3. Its progress in its efforts to remove governmental constraints to the
maintenance, improvement, and development of housing.
The annual report is required to be provided to the City Council. Following the
City Council's action, the annual report will be forwarded to the State Department
of Housing and Community Development and the State Office of Planning and
Research.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission review and authorize staff to forward the Annual
Report on the Status of the Tustin General Plan to the City Council for
consideration.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
