HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 97-083 1 2 RESOLUTION NO. 97-83 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 4 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 97-3; JAMBOREE PLAZA SITE 5 (PARCEL 9) 6 7 WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added to an 8 adjacent parcel and where a ~eater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; 9 and 10 x,V!tEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line Adjustment 'No. 97-3, Exhibit A and as shown on Exhibit B and has made a finding that the real property I1 described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the Califomia SubdivisiOn Map Act and applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the 12 requirements for building sites; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has made the following findings: 14 1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to 15 Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act; 16 2. That the requirements of the Califomia Enx;ironmental Quality Act have been 17 met; 18 3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 19 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Guide. 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Adjustment No. 97-3 2I as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that the parcels be considered building sites 22 upon recordation of this document· 23 PASSED .42~I) ADOPTED at a regul~;iin, Zg~tye ' ' of the City of Tustin held on the 18th day of August, 1997.
