HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 87-19RESOLUTION 87-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING REVISED ANIMAL FACILITY LICENSE FEES AND ANIMAL PERMIT FEES The City Council. of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows- 1. The City Council hereby rescinds Animal Permit Fee and Facility License Fees contained in Section D of Resolution 86-92, effective immediately. 2. Pursuant to Tustin Code Section 4217, the City Council establishes the followng Animal Facility License Fees and Animal Permit Fees as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 17th day of February, 1987.
