CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT(CUP) 2020-00001 APPLICANT: PROPERTY OWNER: YAOLIN ZHANG CHIKASAWA MOMOYO TR BYPASS KETOCETO INC. 24800 CHRISANTA DRIVE, SUITE #130 15 WALDORF AVENUE MISSION VIEJO, CA 92691 IRVINE, CA 91612 LOCATION: 1052 WALNUT AVENUE REQUEST: To sell alcoholic beverages in conjunction with an existing restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-003 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2020-00001 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 2,850- square-foot restaurant establishment (Jo Gae Chang Go) located at 1052 Walnut Avenue. ENVIRONMENTAL: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 20-004 approving CUP 2019-00013 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with Union Market, an indoor marketplace establishment, located at 2493 Park Avenue.
