HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 86-14210 l? 20 RESOLUTION NO. 86-142 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 12763 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve' I · The City Council finds and determines as follows' Ao That Tentative Tract Map 12763 was submitted to the Planning Commis- sion on behalf of The Irvine Company for the purpose of creating a 43-1ot (15 numbered and 28 lettered) subdivision from a portion of Blocks 43, 44, and 64 of Irvine's subdivision as shown on a map thereof filed in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. B~ That a public hearing before the Planning Commission was duly called, noticed and held considering said map. Ce That the Planning Commission did by the adoption of Resolution No. 2376 recommend to. the City Council approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 12763. Do That Environmental Impact Report 85-2 (as supplemented) has been certified by City .Council concerning the subject project area and the map submitted is in compliance wi th all required mitigation measures contai ned therein. Eo The proposed subdivision is in conformance with applicable ordi- nances, policies and standards of the City of Tustin, evidenced . the following findings: lo That the proposed map is Plan in that' consistent with the Tustin Area General a. Subsequent subdivision maps will be required prior to development of any residential lot created by Tentative Tract Map 12763. He That the design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife in their habitat.
