Davis Arcadis U.S. Inc. 320 Commerce, Suite 200 Irvine, CA 92602 LOCATION: 14501 Red Hill Avenue REQUEST: To authorize the installation of an updated soil vapor extraction (SVE) remediation system at an existing service station. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 30) pursuant to Section 15330 of the California Environmental Quality Act. Zoning Administrator Agenda May 5, 2020 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-006 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2020-0005 to install an updated soil vapor extraction (SVE) remediation system at an existing service station located at14501 Red Hill Avenue.
