CALL TO ORDER: 10:30 a.m. Via Zoom Conference Call ROLL CALL: Elizabeth Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: Opened the Public Hearing at 10:30 a.m. The applicant's representative was part of the Zoom call. 1. Davis Arcadis U.S. Inc. 320 Commerce, Suite 200 Irvine, CA 92602 LOCATION: 14501 Red Hill Avenue REQUEST: To authorize the installation of an updated soil vapor extraction (SVE) remediation system at an existing service station. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 30) pursuant to Section 15330 of the California Environmental Quality Act. Zoning Administrator Action Minutes May 5, 2020 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-006 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2020-0005 to install an updated soil vapor extraction (SVE) remediation system at an existing service station located at14501 Red Hill Avenue. It was noted there were no phone calls received, from the public, for this item. The Zoning Administrator opened the Public Comments section at 10:31 a.m. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant's representative, Mr. Alex Shook (Arcadis) if he had an opportunity to review ZAA 20-006, including the Conditions of Approval. Mr. Shook had reviewed the agenda report, ZAA 20-006, and Conditions of Approval and he was in agreement with all items. There were no comments or concerns. The Zoning Administrator closed the Public Comments section at 10:33 a.m. The Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 20-006. The Public Hearing Item was closed at 10:33 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
