RESOLUTION NO. 86-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVI'NG A PROPERTY.
TAX TRANSFER FOR THE. PROPOSED REORGANIZATION
NO. 91.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sectton 99(d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
of the State of California, the City of Tustin hereby approves the
acceptance of the property tax from the City of Santa Ana for the
allocation of property tax revenues which shall be applicable to the
territory as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and "B" and known as
Reorgani zati on No. 91.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council held on
the 17th day of November , 1986.
