HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLHA_Public Notice_Public Hearing_May 12 2020NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN FIVE-YEAR PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION PLAN Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tustin will hold a public hearing. The purpose of the public hearing is to review the Five -Year Permanent Local Housing Allo- cation Plan. The public hearing will take place on May 12, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., or as soon as pos- sible thereafter in the Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. In light of Governor Newsom's recent order to stay home (Stay at Home Order In Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and to slow the spread of the Coronavirus), the City Council meeting will be conducted electronically, and the public will not be able to attend In person. Instead, the public can observe the meeting online and provide comments via electronic means. To watch the meeting, the public may observe the meeting via the City's Gramcus service at: https://www.tustlnca.org/282/meetings-Agendas oron local Cox Channe1851. To comment on one or more items, you may access the CiVs %peakUp" cam ment system as follows: 1. Proceed to the SpeakU p comment system: a. If you challenge the decision on the above matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council of the City of Tustin at, or prior to, the public hearing.
