HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 20-27DocuSign Envelope ID: 9AF807EB-982A-4760-B45B-OEAFC240450D RESOLUTION NO. 20-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF FLIGHT WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City -owned certain property reserved for public street purposes located on the former site of the Tustin Marine Corps Air Station is described as Flight Way as attached hereto as Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 2015-168; and WHEREAS, the City desires to formally accept the dedication of Flight Way for public street purposes and maintained by the City and accepted into the City's system of streets. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows: Section 1. The above recitals are true and correct. Section 2. That the property shown attached hereto as Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 2015-168 depicting portion of Flight Way from Barranca Parkway to the Flight Development entrance is hereby dedicated, accepted, and set apart for public street purposes, and shall be considered by the City Council for acceptance into the City's system of streets.
