Willkom, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: Opened the Public Hearing at 10:03 a.m. The applicant's representative was part of the Zoom call. 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2020-0012 APPLICANT: PROPERTY OWNER: Steve Rawlings La Fayette Plaza Investors, LP Rawlings Consulting 24800 Chrisanta Drive, Suite 130 26023 Jefferson Avenue, Suite D Mission Viejo, CA 92691 Murrieta, CA 92562 LOCATION: 13051 Newport Avenue REQUEST: On-site alcoholic beverage sales (Type 47) in conjunction with a restaurant business. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-007 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP)2020-0012 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at a 7,722 square-foot restaurant business in an existing location at 13051 Newport Avenue. It was noted there were no phone calls or e-mails received, from the public, for this item. The Zoning Administrator opened the Public Comments section at 10:03 a.m. Zoning Administrator Action Minutes September 16, 2020 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. The Zoning Administrator noted there was duplication in the ZA Conditions of Approval for the item, but the duplications were being corrected by staff. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant's representative, Mr. Steve Rawlings (Rawlings Consulting) if he had an opportunity to review ZAA 20-006, including the Conditions of Approval. Mr. Rawlings had reviewed the agenda report, ZAA 20-006, and Conditions of Approval and he was in agreement with all items, including removal of the duplications. There were no comments or concerns. The Zoning Administrator closed the Public Comments section at 10:08 a.m. The Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 20-006. The Public Hearing Item was closed at 10:08 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
