REQUEST: On-site alcoholic beverage sales (Type 41) of beer and wine in conjunction with a restaurant business.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-009 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2020-0016 to authorize the sale of alcoholic
beverages for on-site consumption at a 2,912 square-foot restaurant business at 1084-
1086 Irvine Boulevard. REGULAR BUSINESS: None
