CALL TO ORDER: 10:00 a.m. (via Zoom) ROLL CALL: Justina L. Willkom, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: Opened the Public Hearing at 10:01 a.m. 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2020-0016 APPLICANT: PROPERTY OWNER: Young Park Tustin Heights SC LP/Kimco Realty PRG Tustin Ramen LLC 2429 Park Avenue 2522 Chambers Road, Suite 100 Tustin, CA 92782 Tustin, CA 92780 LOCATION: 1084-1086 Irvine Boulevard REQUEST: On-site alcoholic beverage sales (Type 41) of beer and wine in conjunction with a restaurant business. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt(Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 20-009 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2020-0016 to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at a 2,912 square-foot restaurant business at 1084- 1086 Irvine Boulevard. It was noted there were no phone calls or emails received, from the public, for this item. The Zoning Administrator opened the Public Comments section at 10:01 a.m. Zoning Administrator Agenda May 5, 2020 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and did not need a presentation. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant's representative, Krista Garritano, if she had an opportunity to review ZAA 20-009 and Conditions of Approval. She was in agreement with all items. There were no comments or concerns. The Zoning Administrator closed the Public Comments section at 10:06 a.m. The Zoning Administrator adopted ZAA 20-009. The Public Hearing item was closed at 10:06 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
