Cy r WHY?* COMMUNITY BUILDING This community garden will provide our community with a space to come together, dialogue and learn from one another, a practice that is much needed/desired after a year of social distancing and limited social/community interactions. FOOD JUSTICE This community garden will also address existing food insecurities in our community, which have been aggravated in the past year due to COVID. OTHER BENEFITS Lastly, this community garden will provide our residents with a myriad of physical and mental health benefits; and increase foot traffic to local businesses in Old Town Tustin.
