Monday, March 16, 2020, and the City Council ratified the emergency proclamation at a
Special Meeting soon thereafter. Since then, several temporary adjustments to the City
Council's regular meeting schedule have been made in order to most efficiently conduct
city business during the unpreceded circumstances of the global COVID-19 pandemic. If
Resolution 21-29 is approved, the first open session City Council meeting to start at the
new 6:00 p.m. start time would occur on May 4t", 2021 .
