A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP
15350.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:

I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

A. That Final Tract Map 15350 has been submitted by
8 Irvine Apartment Communities ("the Subdivider");
9 B. That+ a public hearing was held by the Planning
Commission on October 28, 1996. At this hearing,
10 the Planning Commission recommended that the City
Council approve Tentative Tract Map 15350.
11 Subsequently, the City Council approved Tentative
Tract Map 15350 on November 18, 1996;

C. The Final Map is considered ministerally exempt
13 pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the' California
Environmental Quality Act.

Do That the proposed subdivision is in substantial
15 conformance with the Tustin General Plan, the
Tustin Zoning Code and Subdivision Map Act;
16
Eo The' 2.0856 acres of parkland required for this
17 development was previously dedicated with
recordation of Tract 15055;

Fo That the City has reviewed the status of the School
19 Facilities Agreements between the Irvine Company
and the Tustin Unified School District for the
20 impact of Tentative Tract 15350 on School District
facilities, and changes in state law. Impacts
21 associated with this approval on School District
facilities are adequately addressed;

G. That the site is physically suitable for the type
23 of development proposed;
24 H. That the site is physically suitable for the
prgposed density of development;
25
Io That the design of the subdivision or the proposed
26 improvements are not likely to cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
27 injure fish or wildlife in their habitat;

j. That the design of the subdivision or the type of
3 improvements proposed will' not conflict with
easements acquired by the public-at-large, for
4 access through or use of the property within the
proposed subdivision;

K. That the design of the subdivision or the types of
6 improvements proposed are not likely to cause
serious public health problems; and,

L. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance
8 with the Tentative Tract Map.

II. The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map 1535D,
10 subject to final approval by the City Engineer.
11 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City
Council, held on the 7th day of July, 1997
