RESOLUTION NO. 06-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF BICYCLE LOCKERS FOR THE TUSTIN COMMUTER
RAIL STATION (CIP NO. 1060)
WHEREAS, the City has the need for bicycle lockers at the Tustin Commuter
Rail Station; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a grant from the federal Transportation
Enhancement Activities (TEA) Program to install bicycle lockers at the Tustin Commuter
Rail Station; and
WHEREAS, the public bidding and acquisition is processed under procedures
set forth in the Tustin Municipal Code and Uniform Cost Accounting System; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a bid from Creative Pipe, Inc. for fabrication
and delivery of ten (10) double capacity bicycle lockers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Tustin, California does hereby authorize the purchase and delivery of ten (10) double
capacity bicycle lockers from Creative Pipe, Inc. for the Tustin Commuter Rail Station.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council on the
20th day of March 2006.
