Item: PUBLIC INPUT – At this time, any member of the public may address the Council on
matters which are not on this evening's agenda, provided the matter is within the subject matter
jurisdiction of the City Council.
eComment: Dear City Council, I strongly support the Hill housing project. I wish to see Tustin
adopt the same inclusionary housing mandate of 20% of units in new developments being
affordable such as the neighboring cities of Irvine and Santa Ana have done. There needs to be
more than 4% of new rental units below market rate. It is not fair that working class families with
children have to compete in a market with inadequate rental unit which are below market rate.
