Meeting: Regular Meeting of the City Council/Public Hearing #1 Regarding Proposed Transition to District Elections Item: 4. SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1515 AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 21-68 Adoption of Ordinance No. 1515 approves Development Agreement (DA)2021-0001 between the City of Tustin and Irvine Asset Group LLC. Adoption of Resolution No. 21-68 approves an Infrastructure Construction and Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Tustin and Irvine Asset Group LLC. eComment: I am a Tustin resident and homeowner. I oppose this project for several reasons. First, the developer has done a poor job of maintaining the property, it is full of weeds and trash and I am concerned the developer will be equally lackadaisical about maintaining the property during the development process. Second, Redhill is a high traffic area and the city is talking about approving a major project without doing anything to improve traffic flow or parking. We need better planning for the redevelopment of the Redhill corridor. John Jay View and Analyze eComments This email was sent from https://aranicusideas.com. Unsubscribe from future mailings
