RESOLUTION NO. 85-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A TEN foot irrevocable
OFFER OF DEDICATION ALONG RED HILL AVENUE FOR THE
PROJECT APPROVED BY USE PERMIT 85-10 AT 13891 RED HILL AVENUE
The City Council does hereby resolve as follows;
A
That a proper application (Use Permit No. 85-10) has been filed
by Mr. Dick Meyers on behalf of Shell Oil Corporation requesting
authorization to convert and expand a lube bay to a car wash and
a sales area to a cashier's booth and mini market and the
construction of a 6' X 12' storage area.
B.
That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held by the
Planning Commission of. the City of Tustin, on June 24, 1985 on
said application.
C.
The Planning Commission approved Use Permit 85-10 by the
adoption of Resolution No. 2246 which authorized the
Of a 167 square foot mini market and cashier's booth within
the existing sales area at 13872 Red Hill Avenue as applied for,
subject to the following conditions-

Any missing or damaged public improvements shall be
installed or replaced.
Annexation to Street Lighting District No. 1.

Installation of marbelite
with underground conduit as
street lights shall be provided

Provide an irrevocable offer of dedication of

authorized by Sign Ordinance No. 684, shall be approved and
permitted prior to their installation.
