1. Conditional Use Permit 01-007 a request to allow an outdoor certified farmers'
market on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The project is located at 250 South
Prospect Avenue within the Central Commercial District (C-2) zoning district.

wireless communication facility on an existing office building. The project is

Project Area.
