CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Conditional Use Permit 01-021 a request to install an outdoor cooling and heating manufacturing equipment within a utility yard at the rear of an existing office/manufacturing building. The project is located at 14191 Myford Road within the Planned Community Industrial (PC-IND) zoning district. APPLICANT! PROPERTY OWNER: SMC CORPORATION OF AMERICA ATTN: GIL FERNANDONOSHIKI TAKADA RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Action 01-006 to allow installation of an outdoor cooling and heating manufacturing equipment within a utility yard at the rear of an existing office/manufacturing building. Presentation: Minoo Ashabi, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:30 a.m. No staff report was necessary. The Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had any questions or concerns about any of the conditions of approval. The applicant answered that he did not.
