PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Conditional Use Permit 01-013 a request for authorization to obtain a license for
the on-site sale of beer and wine (ABC license Type "41") in conjunction with an
existing restaurant. The project is located at 14182 Newport Avenue, Unit B,
within the Retail Commercial (C-1) zoning district. Alcoholic beverage sales
establishments are permitted in association with a restaurant use subject to the
approval of a conditional use permit. The applicant does not propose outdoor
seating.

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 01-009

The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant if the conditions were understood and
agreed to.
The applicant answered affirmatively.
The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 01-009 approving
Conditional Use Permit 01-013.
The Zoning Administrator stated there is a seven-day appeal periOd regarding this
approval.
The Public Hearing closed at 10: 37 a.m.
