CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Conditional Use Permit 01-023 a request for authorization to modify and operate existing temporary soil and groundwater remediation equipment within an enclosure at an existing gas station. The project is located at 14244 Newport Avenue within the Commercial General (CG) district. APPLlCANTI PROPERTY OWNER: ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY 4 CENTER POINTE DRIVE LA PALMA, CA 90623 ATTN: DARRELL FAH RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 01-010 approving Conditional Use Permit 01-023 and Design Review 01-029. Presentation: Matt West, Assistant Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:36 a.m. No presentation was necessary. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant's representative if he had reviewed the application, understood the conditions of approval, and agreed to all the conditions. Basem S. Aweinat, applicant's representative, answered affirmatively. Zoning Administrator Agenda April 2, 2001 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 01-010 approving Conditional Use Permit 01-023 and Design Review 01-029. The Public Hearing closed, and the meeting was adjourned at 10:38 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
