PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Tentative Parcel Map 99-217 a request for authorization to amend condition 1.8
of Resolution 00-037 to allow a twelve (12) month time extension to record final
Parcel Map 99-217. The project is located at 15901,15941, and 15991 Red Hill
Avenue, within the Planned Community Industrial/Business (PC-IND/BUS) zoning
district.

RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 02-002
approving a twelve (12) month time extension to record Final Parcel Map
99-217.
Presentation: Minoo Ashabi, Associate Planner
The Zoning Administrator indicated that no presentation was necessary and asked the
applicant if she had reviewed the report and would be able to fulfill all the Conditions of
Approval.
The applicant, Tamara Galloway, answered that she had not reviewed the report.

The Zoning Administrator indicated these conditions are no different from the first group
except for the modification of Condition 1.8 granting the extension.
The applicant answered that she understood that was the reason for the meeting.
Jim Garvin, applicant's representative, indicated the applicant has satisfied everything
else.
The Zoning Administrator asked if this project will be finished within the timeframe being
req u ested.
The applicant responded that the project might be completed earlier but wanted to keep
that timeframe as a cushion.
The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 02-002 approving a
twelve (12) month time extension to record Final Parcel Map 99-217.
The Zoning Administrator advised the applicant that there is a 7-day appeal period. If no
appeal is received by 5:30 p.m. next Monday, the action is approved.

The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when
items are set for hearing.
