Desian Review 02-033 a request for authorization to enclose an existing outdoor dining area and the construction of a customer waiting area for an existing restaurant located at 651 E. First Street, within the First Street Specific Plan with Commercial Land Use Designation zoning district. APPLlCANTI PROPERTY OWNER: DONAHUE SCHRIBER DONAHUE SCHRIBER RETAIL GROUP, L.P. RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 02-004 approving Design Review 02-033. Presentation: Justina Willkom, Associate Planner The Zoning Administrator stated that no staff presentation was necessary. William Honda, Kluger Architects, read the staff report and asked if he could submit for plan check now. The Zoning Administrator indicated there is a seven-day appeal period; permits can be pulled when the appeal period ends. Zoning Administrator Agenda April 2, 2001 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 02-004 approving Design Review 02-033. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
