Appropriate $497,000 from the Measure M2 Fund (Fund 139). FISCAL IMPACT The approved project budget is $2,330,000. Of this, an appropriation of$1,700,000 has been made from General Fund — Capital Improvement Program (Fund 200) to ensure the City's annual Maintenance of Effort obligation under Measure M2 is met. The balance of $630,000 has been appropriated from Measure M2 Fairshare (Fund139). The bid price reflects the current competitive bidding environment and recent cost trends for asphalt concrete, which is tied to the price of oil.
