eComment: 17651 Shadel Drive adjacent property. First appreciate removal of restaurant that
made terrible smells for the neighborhood. Four comments: 1. Location of dumpsters backs up to
our wall, historically has caused rodent issues, moves dumpsters closer to us, creates direct
view of new building. Please look at other options on other side of property. 2. Assume most
trees remain. If not that is issue to review. Plans do appear to remove two large trees that hide
existing building. 3. Lighting is difficult to gauge how it will `brighten' /cause glare for our
property. 4. No mention of hours of operation at least we saw. For sure new proposed building
will be taller than existing and construction noise nuisance. Please consider. Thank you.
